Online Member Services
Online Member Services gives you fully secure access to your membership details 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Using Online Member Services you can:
- register for Online Member Services
- view and change your membership details
- view and change your contact details
- view and change your level of cover
- view your claims progress and history
- apply to join Phoenix Health Fund
- order a replacement card
Current members must first register on-line and create their own password to use Online Member Services. Members will then receive a letter confirming registration. For security purposes, membership details will not be available on-line until after receipt of the confirmation letter advising commencement date for Membership Services.
Using Online Member Services, claim details can be viewed for any person on the membership. Claim details can be kept private for any person on the membership by completing and returning the Privacy Form that will be sent with the letter confirming registration.
